Det framg\u00e5r av Capgemini Research Institutes \u00e5rliga konsumenttrendrapport, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.capgemini.com\/insights\/research-library\/what-matters-to-todays-consumer-2023\/?utm_source=pr&amp;utm_medium=referral&amp;utm_content=cprd_none_none_pressrelease_none&amp;utm_campaign=CPRD_new-consumer-trend\">&#8220;<\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/www.capgemini.com\/se-en\/insights\/research-library\/what-matters-to-todays-consumer-2023\/\">What Matters to Today&#8217;s Consumer&#8221;,<\/a> som unders\u00f6ker effekterna av den senaste tidens stigande levnadsomkostnader i Sverige och ytterligare tio v\u00e4stl\u00e4nder. Rapporten visar att detaljhandeln beh\u00f6ver anpassa sig b\u00e4ttre f\u00f6r att m\u00f6ta konsumenternas f\u00f6rv\u00e4ntningar.<\/h2><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>\n\n\n\n<section class=\"wp-block-cg-blocks-group undefined section section--article-content\"><div class=\"article-main-content\"><div class=\"container\"><div class=\"row\"><div class=\"col-12 col-md-11 col-lg-10 offset-md-1 offset-lg-1\"><div class=\"article-text article-quote-text\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-sju-av-tio-svenska-konsumenter-skar-ner-pa-ej-nodvandiga-inkop-under-tuffa-tider\">Sju av tio svenska konsumenter sk\u00e4r ner p\u00e5 ej n\u00f6dv\u00e4ndiga ink\u00f6p under tuffa tider<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Rapporten visar att \u00e4ven k\u00f6pm\u00f6nstren f\u00f6r\u00e4ndras. Hela sju av tio (70 procent) av de svenska konsumenterna g\u00f6r f\u00e4rre impulsk\u00f6p, medan lika m\u00e5nga sk\u00e4r ner p\u00e5 ej n\u00f6dv\u00e4ndiga utgifter som elektronik, leksaker och att \u00e4ta ute, samt avvaktar med ink\u00f6p av lyxartiklar. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Att spara pengar \u00e4r prioriterat f\u00f6r m\u00e5nga av respondenterna och sju av tio (72 procent) svenskar s\u00e4ger att de sparar pengar genom att handla p\u00e5 stormarknader och i l\u00e5gprisbutiker och 66procent k\u00f6per g\u00e4rna av butikernas l\u00e5gprism\u00e4rken eller EMV f\u00f6r att minska sina kostnader. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>&#8220;Det finns en m\u00f6jlighet f\u00f6r detaljhandeln att rida ut denna kris genom att f\u00f6r\u00e4ndra sina operationella strategier och skapa utrymme f\u00f6r smart priss\u00e4ttning och som gynnar konsumenterna. Genom att identifiera nya int\u00e4kter, optimera kostnader och f\u00f6r\u00e4ndra verksamheten g\u00e5r det att lyckas utan att kompromissa med h\u00e5llbarhet eller kundupplevelsen,&#8221;<\/em> s\u00e4ger Richard Grave, ansvarig f\u00f6r Consumer Products och Retail p\u00e5 Capgemini Invent i Sverige.<em> &#8221; <em>Att anv\u00e4nda sig av smart teknik<\/em>f\u00f6r planering, lagerhantering och automatisering av verksamheten kan bidra till att minska kostnaderna, och samtidigt \u00f6ka organisationens l\u00f6nsamhet och h\u00e5llbarhet.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Konsumenterna vill inte betala mer f\u00f6r h\u00e5llbara produkter<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Unders\u00f6kningen visar ocks\u00e5 att h\u00e5llbarhet forts\u00e4tter att vara en viktig faktor n\u00e4r man som konsument beslutar vilka produkter eller vilken butik man ska handla fr\u00e5n, men bara 41 procent av svenska konsumenter s\u00e4ger att de \u00e4r villiga att betala mer f\u00f6r en produkt som de tror \u00e4r h\u00e5llbar. &nbsp;Detta \u00e4r en markant minskning j\u00e4mf\u00f6rt med 2020 \u00e5rs rapport, d\u00e5 55 procent av de svarande sa att de g\u00e4rna betalade h\u00f6gre priser f\u00f6r h\u00e5llbara produkter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En slutsats \u00e4r d\u00e4rf\u00f6r att varum\u00e4rken och \u00e5terf\u00f6rs\u00e4ljare m\u00e5ste omv\u00e4rdera sina priss\u00e4ttningsstrategier f\u00f6r att kunna erbjuda prisv\u00e4rda men \u00e4nd\u00e5 h\u00e5llbara alternativ, samt erbjuda lojalitetsprogram som hj\u00e4lper kunderna att hantera den nuvarande krisen samtidigt som de bygger kundlojalitet p\u00e5 l\u00e5ng sikt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Handeln b\u00f6r ta fram strategi f\u00f6r kostnadsminskningar och h\u00e5llbarhet<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c4ven f\u00f6retagen brottas med utmaningar som \u00f6kade energi-, arbetskrafts- och transportkostnader, men enligt rapporten anser sex av tio (58 procent) av de svenska konsumenterna att varum\u00e4rken och \u00e5terf\u00f6rs\u00e4ljare b\u00f6r erbjuda l\u00e4gre priser f\u00f6r n\u00f6dv\u00e4ndiga produkter. F\u00f6retagen beh\u00f6ver minska sina kostnader p\u00e5 ett s\u00e4tt som ocks\u00e5 uppfyller konsumenternas f\u00f6rv\u00e4ntningar.
