Det framg\u00e5r av \u00e5rets <a href=\"http:\/\/www.worldretailbankingreport.com\">World Retail Banking Report 2021<\/a> (WRBR) som tagits fram av <a href=\"http:\/\/www.capgemini.com\/\">Capgemini<\/a> tillsammans med \u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.efma.com\/\">Efma<\/a>.<\/strong><\/h2><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>\n\n\n\n<section class=\"wp-block-cg-blocks-group undefined section section--article-content\"><div class=\"article-main-content\"><div class=\"container\"><div class=\"row\"><div class=\"col-12 col-md-11 col-lg-10 offset-md-1 offset-lg-1\"><div class=\"article-text article-quote-text\">\n<p>I rapporten uppger \u00e5tta av tio bankkunder att \u00f6kad tillg\u00e4nglighet och flexibilitet \u00e4r faktorer som p\u00e5verkar deras val av leverant\u00f6rer av finansiella tj\u00e4nster. Ett val, som inte minst i Sverige, ofta handlar om att v\u00e4lja bort traditionella banker till f\u00f6rm\u00e5n f\u00f6r mer nischade fintech-bolag som med hj\u00e4lp av molnl\u00f6sningar och genomarbetade API-strategier erbjuder banktj\u00e4nster som kunder uppfattar som mindre kr\u00e5ngliga och b\u00e4ttre anpassade till deras vardag och behov.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Samtidigt som den p\u00e5g\u00e5ende pandemin s\u00e4tter ytterligare press p\u00e5 de traditionella bankernas digitala utveckling s\u00e5 \u00f6kar kundernas krav p\u00e5 st\u00e4ndigt tillg\u00e4ngliga, fullt digitala och individanpassade tj\u00e4nster minst lika snabbt. Trots att kundernas signaler om vad de vill ha \u00e4r starka, visar rapporten att n\u00e4ra h\u00e4lften av chefer p\u00e5 de tillfr\u00e5gade bankerna fortfarande \u00e4r os\u00e4kra p\u00e5 hur de ska f\u00f6rh\u00e5lla sig till, eller orkestrera \u00f6ppna digitala ekosystem f\u00f6r banktj\u00e4nster och i st\u00f6rre utstr\u00e4ckning anv\u00e4nda data f\u00f6r att skapa b\u00e4ttre kunderbjudanden. Det \u00e4r tv\u00e5 grundl\u00e4ggande komponenter om banker ska kunna presentera den form av digitala tj\u00e4nster som kunderna efterfr\u00e5gar. \u00d6ppna digitala plattformar och att i st\u00f6rre utstr\u00e4ckning samarbeta med partner \u00e4r tv\u00e5 v\u00e4gar till en \u00f6kad f\u00f6r\u00e4ndringstakt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201cM\u00e5nga banker belastas fortfarande h\u00e5rt av gammal IT-infrastruktur och har en \u00f6vertro p\u00e5 att man ska kunna lappa och laga sig fram till n\u00e5got bra. M\u00e5nga \u00e4r redan omsprungna av nya typer av akt\u00f6rer som \u00e4r f\u00f6dda i molnet och har en helt annan syn p\u00e5 data och \u00f6ppna digitala plattformar. De springer snabbare och med l\u00e4ttare f\u00f6tter. Banker som vill beh\u00e5lla sina kunder och inte \u00f6ppna f\u00f6r konkurrens p\u00e5 fler omr\u00e5den m\u00e5ste g\u00f6ra mer \u00e4n att komma lufsande en bra bit efter med en tung ryggs\u00e4ck, s\u00e4ger Klas Rutberg, ansvarig f\u00f6r Retail Banking p\u00e5 Capgemini Invent.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Kunder byter g\u00e4rna data mot b\u00e4ttre service<\/strong><br>N\u00e4stan nio av tio bankkunder i unders\u00f6kningen \u00e4r villiga att dela med sig av sin kunddata i utbyte mot b\u00e4ttre service och anpassade tj\u00e4nster. Men de f\u00f6rv\u00e4ntar sig d\u00e5 att f\u00e5 en personlig service som \u00e4r skr\u00e4ddarsydd utifr\u00e5n deras behov och engagemang snarare \u00e4n bankens organisation eller aff\u00e4rsomr\u00e5den. H\u00e4r visar rapporten att det finns mycket kvar att g\u00f6ra. Endast sex av tio tillfr\u00e5gade banker har en dedikerad funktion f\u00f6r att utveckla och optimera kundresa och kundupplevelse (CX).
