During my time at Capgemini, I\u2019ve worked in several roles such as Epic Owner, Tech Lead, Technical Project Manager, and Project Coordinator. These experiences have helped me build a strong mix of technical and leadership skills, which I now apply in different types of projects and client work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-what-made-you-decide-to-apply-to-and-join-capgemini\">What made you decide to apply to and join Capgemini?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>I was looking for a company where I could grow both technically and professionally while working on meaningful projects. Capgemini\u2019s strong reputation in cloud consulting and digital transformation, combined with its diverse client base and global presence, made it an ideal place to continue developing my skills. I was also drawn to the collaborative culture and the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies. Since joining, I\u2019ve had the chance to take on various roles and contribute to different types of projects, which have been both challenging and rewarding.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-tell-us-about-your-role-what-does-a-day-in-your-life-at-capgemini-look-like\">Tell us about your role. What does a day in your life at Capgemini look like?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>I\u2019m currently part of a large-scale cloud migration project at Capgemini. My role involves overseeing the technical aspects of the migration process, including planning, testing, and coordinating with various stakeholders. A typical day includes reviewing migration plans, ensuring technical requirements are met, managing timelines, and facilitating communication between teams. I also spend time troubleshooting issues, supporting testing activities, and making sure everything aligns with the overall project goals. It\u2019s a dynamic environment that requires both technical insight and strong collaboration skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-how-does-capgemini-support-my-development\">How does Capgemini support my development?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Capgemini has been very supportive of my professional development. Over the past three years, I\u2019ve had the opportunity to earn 10 certifications in areas such as Azure, project management, and other diverse technical domains. This has helped me stay up to date with the latest technologies and strengthen both my technical and leadership capabilities.
