As a leader of people, you need to understand people in their day-to-day lives. As a leader for architects you need to understand architecture. To be able to speak with your team members about their daily work and role, and bring insightful opinions to the table, is a deciding success factor for team cohesion, member satisfaction and low retention.
You may come from the Enterprise architecture view, or from a solution architecture job. Preferably, you will have at least a little of both. Regardless, you have a technical background (maybe long ago) and have retained a passion for technology and for the new.
The team is eclectic, containing architects of varying skillsets, both enterprise architects and solution architects (and all there might be in-between) fit into the team. From an experience point-of-view, senior architects (and upwards) make up the team. In your role as line manager, you will be responsible for growing the team naturally, and growing its members through coaching, supporting their development curves and encouraging them to advance in directions that you and the company divine.
We’re looking for a Team Manager that is passionate about leading and developing people. The work is done in close co-operation with the other team managers, account teams and delivery manager and you will belong to the management team of DCX/CSD PU South.

• Profitability manager for consultants in the team
• Recruitment and responsibility for strategic and marketing competency composition within the team
• Business development

This service is part-time service and you will also work as a consultant with deliveries to our customers.

• At least 8 years of professional experience in the IT industry
• Experience of working as an architect in client deliveries
