We are now looking for a Subject Matter Expert with focus on implementing “best in class” practices for SI and SMG Services at Capgemini.

General Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to Service Portfolio offer content definition and evolution for SI and SM Run solutioning based on ITIL
  • Define the operating model for SI and SMG services with focus on automation, labour reduction and effective governance
  • Ensure end-to-end alignment with P&C offers to ensure a compelling build to run story
  • Maintain in consultation with Global, GIW and DCDs for Service Management Processes
  • Build and develop an extended SME community for SI and SM in NEU
  • Define customer remediation plans
  • Setup a CSI model for MS NEU adoption
  • Define, implement and manage productivity KPIs for SI and SM Services practice
  • Audit effectiveness of processes in client accounts, remove waste
  • Compile a compelling set of pre-sales collateral and capability decks
  • Support ISO 20000 certification process

Competencies:

  • Strong background in ITIL processes and their application
  • Understanding of various ITSM tools
  • Solutioning and design experience
  • Understanding of SI and SM offers and innovations in the marketplace
  • Highly transformational approach, challenges the current models, passionate about change 
  • Excellent communication skills, able to successfully interface with customer for discussions
