About the role

As a junior developer at Capgemini, you will be part of a high performance and agile development team working with exciting solutions for our customers. You will work at the forefront of test-driven development and clean coding. You will be coached by more senior colleagues and will be involved in all stages of development, from requirement analysis and design to development, testing and delivery.

Together with your team members, you work on major projects and commitments, which promotes your capabilities to develop within Capgemini, as well as being part of a broader context. Through our market position, we can offer you innovative and forward-looking projects for some of Sweden’s most successful companies.

You report to one of our team executives and from our office at Grafiska vägen in Gothenburg.



We are looking for you who are at the beginning of your career and want to grow in development and together with a team make a difference for our customers. You have a relevant academic degree and good knowledge in Swedish and English. Work experience from development, aside from the studies, preferably within Java or .NET, is meritorious.

As a person, you are a problem solver who does not fear new challenges and likes to work in teams with a lot of freedom under responsibility. You prefer agile methodology and have a great passion for modern frameworks, methods and tools.
