As a Customer Service Specialist you provide second line technical support, support first line agents in more complicated tasks and support and educate the first line analysts. You perform non-standard application installations, create new know-how solutions based on fixed issues and apply technical knowledge to meet resolution targets.

  • Apply technical knowledge to meet resolution targets

Requirements

  • Good communication skills
  • Excellent verbal and written English and Swedish
  • Ability to work with minimum of supervision
  • Experience with Windows environments, including Windows 7 & 10, MS Office and Active Directory
  • Working knowledge of LAN, WLAN & WAN networks
  • General knowledge of Virtual Private Networks
  • General knowledge of Citrix environment would be an asset
