With almost 25 years’ experience in IT, the greater part has involved business stakeholders and business drivers guiding the work that I have done. The work has been transformative and innovative, often exploring new technologies and methodologies within or towards small businesses or large organisations with both B2B and B2C scenarios.
From a digitalization perspective (transformation and innovation), I am an experienced CIO, PM and Sales person as well as a “digital native” with strong skills within Enterprise Architecture and IT advisory. I use my skillset within the EA and IT areas as springboards to make relevant decision material that businesspeople can understand, decide and act upon. I have a proven track record on executing change.
From a business development perspective, I use my end-to-end thinking to design products and services that deliver value to both business and customers. I have headed change and built solutions to both lower the IT / production cost and to expand businesses. I have recruited and built teams to work with innovative new software products, managed both, development teams and vendor partnerships, as well as business partnership and sales. I have a proven track record for developing marketing and sales strategies of the services and products that have been built.
