European retailer Kiabi’s vision is to bring happiness to their customers through the SMACK project, which digitised and simplified customer knowledge for Kiabi employees. SMACK would help them run their business differently and optimize their investment, using Big Data architecture (based on Cloudera Hadoop) and predictive analytics while keeping it simple. Working collaboratively with Capgemini, Kiabi provides more unified and cross-channel real-time customer data available to its employees through data visualisation producing more accurate customer profiles and better ability to meet client needs.
