This is the sixth edition of the Digital Transformation Review. This edition focuses on digital customer experience and includes interviews with industry thought leaders, startup founders, technology industry visionaries and academics, along with our own view of digital customer experience. The companies with which we spoke for this edition of the review include Mercedes-Benz Cars, Nissan, Lithium Technologies, and Shopcade. We also spoke to an academic from the MIT Sloan School of Management. The review also includes an interview with technology industry visionary Tim O’ Reilly.
