An excerpt from the Asia-Pacific Wealth Report 2011

The Spotlight from the sixth edition of the Asia-Pacific Wealth Report focuses on Enterprise Value or the ability to leverage capabilities from across different business units in order to differentiate in meeting client needs. It highlights how wealth management firms in the Asia-Pacific region can meet the unique needs and concerns of HNW clients – especially entrepreneurs and UHNWIs – by capturing the best capabilities of the enterprise across different business units such as investment banking and corporate banking, to better serve these HNWIs. Among the key components will be Firm-wide accountability, appropriate incentives, and integrated IT. Most importantly, Firms will need to hone the strategy for each market, and not impose arbitrary standards from highly developed markets.

The report is available in: English, Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese and Japanese.
