She has been a Member of the Group Executive Committee since July 2023.<br>\u00a0<br>Prior to this, Karine was Chief Operating Officer of WNS since January 2026. Previously, Karine has held a variety of finance positions at Capgemini, notably as CFO in Cloud Infrastructure Services, Financial Services and Northern Europe Strategic Business Units, as well as CFO of Capgemini in India.
