She joined the Group Executive Committee in July 2023.<br><br>Inma is notably in charge of driving the Capgemini\u2019s Human Resources agenda for the Group COO organization and the Strategic Business Units.<br><br>Prior to this, from 2017 to 2020, she was Chief Human Resources Officer, Europe and Group Employee Relations, after having held the position of Head of Human Resources of Applications Services for the Continental Europe region in 2016.<br><br>Inma joined Capgemini in 2012 as Head of Human Resources of the Infrastructure Services Division where she was in charge of transformation projects. \u00a0<br><br>Before joining Capgemini, Inma spent most of her professional career in Technicolor (previously Thomson) where she developed key experience in leading culturally diverse teams across US, LATAM, EMEA and Asia Pacific as well as a strong labor legal background in the same regions.\u00a0<br><br>Inma is also an Independent Director of Broadpeak\u2019s Board of Directors.
