In this role Rainer demonstrated the enhanced value that Capgemini brings to its clients in terms of integration of the Group\u2019s business consulting, technology and engineering capabilities. Having joined Capgemini in 2016 as part of Capgemini Invent, he was on its global leadership team heading up Manufacturing, Automotive and Life Sciences industries.\u00a0<br>\u00a0<br>Rainer has more than 25 years of experience in management and technology consulting with large, multinational, and global clients. His focus areas are driving change within large organizations and fostering collaboration, leading towards a digital future where new capabilities and ways of working are required.\u00a0\u00a0<br>\u00a0<br>Before joining Capgemini, Rainer held various leadership roles including Managing Director of NTT Data in Germany, Executive Vice President with IBM leading Strategy &amp; Transformation Consulting for part of Europe, and Partner with PwC focused on leading a premium automotive client.<strong><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0<br>\u00a0<br>Rainer holds a Diploma in Economics and Political Science from the University of Hamburg.
