Prior to this, from 2018, he was \u00a0CEO of Capgemini\u2019s Financial Services Strategic Business Unit. He has also been a member of the Group Executive Board since 2018.<br>\u00a0<br>From 2015, Anirban was the Head of Capgemini\u2019s Banking and Capital Markets Business Unit, which serves 12 of the world\u2019s top 15 banking and financial services organizations, with teams spread across North America, Europe and Asia-Pacific.<br><br>Anirban has deep experience in consulting, IT services, outsourcing, and the creation of consumer and payments\u2019 technology innovation for leading global financial institutions.<br>Between 2007 and 2015 Anirban led Capgemini\u2019s Banking Business Unit.<br><br>Prior to this from 2004 to 2007, Anirban served as executive vice president at Kanbay before its 2007 acquisition by Capgemini. At Kanbay, Anirban drove development of the company\u2019s credit services practice and led global delivery. He also steered Kanbay\u2019s banking business unit, which offered strategic consulting to multiple global brands.<br><br>Anirban resides in New York. He graduated from the Indian Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Technology degree. He holds an MBA in Finance from the University of
