People-centric organizations expand access to talent by rethinking leadership models, work design, and orPeople-centered organizations are those that broaden access to talent and redesign work, leadership, and culture to accommodate diverse human profiles. In other words, a \u201cPeople Force\u201d cannot exist if people continue to be excluded from the labor market. In the new work paradigm, we face a paradox: a shortage of talent and an abundance of untapped human potential. Among these talents are thousands of people with disabilities and those deemed ineligible due to ageism, particularly older adults. While companies seek talent in an increasingly competitive market, barriers still exist that limit the participation of many professionals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
