If you have at least 2 years of experience working as a Service Manager, this opportunity is for you!
We are looking for:
- 2+ years of experience as a Service Manager;
- Experience in managing corrective/evolutive maintenance services;
- Experience in SLA management and control (through interaction with the business team);
- Experience in reporting;
- Knowledge of ITIL processes (certification is a plus);
- Experience in implementing customer service improvement processes;
- Experience in team management;
- Organized and good at structuring your work;
- Good level of English (both verbal and written).
