Service Manager

We are hiring Service Managers!

If you have at least 2 years of experience working as a Service Manager, this opportunity is for you!

We are looking for:

  • 2+ years of experience as a Service Manager;
  • Experience in managing corrective/evolutive maintenance services;
  • Experience in SLA management and control (through interaction with the business team);
  • Experience in reporting;
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes (certification is a plus);
  • Experience in implementing customer service improvement processes;
  • Experience in team management;
  • Organized and good at structuring your work;
  • Good level of English (both verbal and written).
