Skills and experience required:
- Degree in Management, IT, Applied Mathematics or Engineering;
- 1 to 4 years of professional experience as Business Analyst;
- Experience in requirements management, mainly identification, analysis requirements’ specification & business processes;
- Experience in functional analysis and testing;
- Professional experience in Banking and Insurance areas;
- English fluency (mandatory);
- Business analyst certifications valued;
- Good leadership, conflict management, negotiation and communication skills;
- High sense of responsibility;
- Initiative and teamwork capabilities.
