Don Swalinski

I care tremendously about the success of every individual on my team and strive to help them see how they can realize their potential. As the Vice President of Digital Customer Experience (DCX) for SAP CX and part of the DCX practice, I help C-level clients understand how SAP CX fits within their portfolio and show them how to use it best. I work with all sectors, applying their industry-specific needs into the CX space. My SAP team leads all aspects of client projects, from implementation to support for commerce, sales, service, marketing, and CPQ within the SAP space. My recent work includes helping major clients such as Discount Tire, Meijer, TE Connectivity, and Becton elevate their customer experience. My expertise spans multiple industries, including aerospace and defense, automotive, consumer product and retail, digital manufacturing, electronics and high tech, and media and entertainment, among others. Before joining Capgemini, I began my career in the military. Following my service, I worked in commerce and led related groups for over 20 years, holding senior positions in both large and small companies. In my spare time, I enjoy being with my two daughters, who have inspired me to become involved and invest in children’s charities.
