Why this inequality? We were curious to find out how a particular work culture in a particular organization influenced the phenomenon we were investigating.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>We have consulted Janina Bak\u2019s findings.
