IT Business Analyst with German

Department/project description:

As IT Business Analyst you will be part of Banking and Capital Markets Practice. You will join one of our projects settled in financial environment and will work with technical team and business stakeholders to design and deliver various software changes across client’s applications.

Your daily tasks:

  • preparing clear and understandable business documentation (user stories, high level features),
  • applying acquired skills, procedures, and decision-making best practices to complete a variety of issues,
  • using your experience and developing yourself in your role,
  • communicating internally and externally: trustworthy delivery of accurate, timely and detailed responses to routine enquiries in both written and oral contexts,
  • using the appropriate terminology when communicating with internal or external parties,
  • understanding the portfolio of products offered to client, including their potential presentation and/or training of external parties in them,
  • following established procedures.

Our expectation:

  • bachelor's degree in a finance-related and analytical field,
  • fluency in German (min. B2) and in English (min. B2),
  • 2-5 years of experience as Business Analyst or similar role
  • experience in the area of creating and designing applications and IT systems,
  • tools knowledge ex. Jira / Confluence; basic knowledge of system architecture issues,
  • experience in working with clients and the ability to professionally communicate with business stakeholders,
  • knowledge of the areas of investment banking, banking and investment regulations or practice on capital markets will be an additional advantage,
  • an inquisitive mind and excellent problem-solving skills,
  • self-learning ability,
  • strong organizational and interpersonal skills,
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills,
  • strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
