Who are we looking for?

 

  • Min. 2 years of experience – preferably in Supply Chain or International Trade areas
  • Working knowledge of supply chain/sourcing principles, trade terms and conditions
  • Fluent knowledge of English
  • Excellent organizational skills of daily work
  • Agility to improve and innovate
  • Attention to details
  • Degree in supply chain, logistics, international trade or relevant professional experience will be an asset
  • macro/visual basic knowledge would be an asset

 

What will you do?

 

  • First point of escalation for service issues for SUs/Category
  • Full leadership, ownership and accountability of CG team’s portfolio performance on hard business KPIs, processes and relationships
  • Supporting in people development by providing performance/behaviors feedback to CG LM on team members
  • Guardian of the all documentation underpinning portfolio specific requirements
  • Daily follow up on top service risks Support service risk mitigation approach
  • Support service risk mitigation approach
  • Participate in cross functional calls
  • Lead communication across SC
  • Define & implement improvement actions to address Root Cause of service issues
  • Manage the service connect / performance for the assigned Sus/Category
