R2A Senior Finance & Accounting Process Specialist with French

Recruitment process for this position and onboarding trainings are conducted online.

What do you need to start?

  • Around 1-2 years of experience in RTR area and deep knowledge of the accounting rules
  • Fluent command of English and very good knowledge of French (B2/C1)
  • Common use of Microsoft Office Software Applications in particular Excel
  • Good Customer Service skills and client-focus attitude
  • Ability to work under pressure with deadlines and in a changing environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and proactive approach
  • Very good analytical skills and attention to details

What duties will help you grow?

  • General Accounting: JE preparation/posting, allocations, intercompany and elimination transactions, accruals/pre-payments, accounts receivable and reserves, prepaid expenses, period close processes, account reconciliation activities, reporting
  • Fixed Assets and intangibles: accounting activities, month end closure activities, reporting
  • Processing of bank statements on daily basis and reconciliation of bank related accounts, as well as clearing and monitoring the sub bank accounts
  • Ensuring process is controlled according to the agreed procedures and country specific variances
  • Delivering a high quality, professional and proactive day to day service to client, within agreed SLA’s and ensuring these are fulfilled according to the timetable agreed with Team Leader
