Procurement Process Specialist with Italian

Recruitment process for this position and onboarding trainings are conducted online.

                                   

What do you need to start?

  • Fluent knowledge of English and Italian (min. C1)
  • Knowledge of procurement processes, policies and procedures
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work well with the team and stakeholders
  • Ability to manage priorities, deadlines and tasks in order to accomplish goals
  • Strong attention to details and analytical skills
  • Ability to handle multiple concurrent tasks
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, such as Excel

 

What duties will help you grow?

  • Ensuring the daily activities are fulfilled properly and timely in accordance with Desktop Procedures and SLA targets
  • Processing routine Purchase Requisitions (reviews PRs for compliance, releases completed Purchase Orders for approval)
  • Comparing product deliveries with issued purchase orders and contact vendors when there are discrepancies
  • Maintaining strong working relationships with vendors
  • Managing goods/services claims and being responsible for internal database changes
