Payroll Senior Specialist – Finance background

What do you need to start?

  • 2-3 years’ experience on individual position within end2end Payroll area – preferably role related to finance with UK/Irish background
  • Ability to work with tight deadlines, independence and accuracy as well as good work organization
  • Process mind-set with proven understanding of core payroll and operational processes
  • Good knowledge of Excel, SAP & SuccessFactors
  • Attention to details and very good analytical skills
  • Good communication skills and Fluent English
  • Readiness to work in shifts (Monday-Friday, between 8 a.m. and 7/8 p.m.)

 

What duties will help you grow?

  • Demonstrate expert knowledge of processes and procedures related to financial part of payroll 
  • Preparing GLs, bank reconciliations, uploading payments to the bank, payroll reporting
  • Process payroll requests client’s queries and escalations and provide clarification of payroll policies and procedures
  • Organize knowledge sharing sessions internal and cross teams and ensure very high payroll accuracy
  • Update all required process documentation (process maps and procedures) and other documentation within agreed timeframes
