Cloud Infrastructure Services is one of the biggest outsourcing service providers in Poland. Position purpose

The purpose of the role is to act as single point of contact for client in terms of Knowledge Base adjustments, perform incidents analysis and seek possibilities to improve supported processes

Main accountabilities

  • Handling incidents and major incidents according to agreed SLAs and informing contractual partners about major outages
  • Contacting contractual partners in terms of hardware support and problem / incident analysis
  • Act as single point of contact for client in terms of knowledge base changes/adjustments
  • Seek for new possibilities to improve supported processes

Candidate’s profile

  • Very good German language skills, both verbal and written
  • Communicative English language skills
  • Strong client committment
  • Self driven, able to cooperate within a team
  • Assertive, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Open for new challenges

An asset would be:

  • Interested in Unix/Linux OS family operating systems
  • Knowledge of ITIL
