Client Visit Coordinator

Recruitment process for this position and onboarding trainings are conducted online.

What do you need to start?

  • Fluency in English (both written and oral) - B2/C1 level
  • Experience in Event/ Project Management and ability to work largely on own initiative
  • First class communication and interpersonal skills, attention to details
  • Ability to manage conflicting time demands and multiple projects simultaneously
  • Good PC and graphic design skills
     

What duties will help you grow?

  • Cooperation with Global Sales Team and Delivery Heads to arrange onsite and virtual Client visits: schedule, agenda, visit deliverables
  • Maintenance of the Client Visit Experience tools
  • Providing necessary communication to Capgemini employees
  • Develop, manage and maintain effective working relationships with different stakeholders
