What do you need to start?

  • Experience in managing & developing team of recruiters.
  • Experience in recruitment area (including IT roles).
  • Passion in the recruitment, the newest trends, EB & project management area.
  • Attitudes: ownership, partnership, positivity, curiosity to explore, proactivity, honesty, trust, empathy, agility
  • Influence stakeholders thinking skills
  • Project leading & process improvement abilities
  • Data driven and market insights decision making
  • Fluent English & Polish

It's not essential, but we appreciate if you also have:

  • agile knowledge
  • EB practice

What duties will help you grow?

  • First of all – hi! you will work with close-knit, cooperative & performing team consists of 10-12 members: IT senior recruiters, regulars, junior specialists and sources.
  • Influence right attitudes, support, monitor performance, develop, take care, and listen to them
  • Create a high energy, and engaging work environment
  • Be a partner with Hiring Managers and influence them in process - we work hand-in-hand with them, really!
  • Take care about end-to-end recruitment processes and demand result for your dedicated function
  • Regular report about recruitment matters and monitor market trends – numbers will be your friend to see impact of your team or change the actions if needed.
  • Think hard – work smart! Propose, plan and lead process improvements and Employer Branding initiatives to robust candidates’ pipeline and make our ways of working easier.
