Capgemini’s Cloud Infrastructure Services unit is a global team of technology experts and domain specialists that helps businesses from all around the world extract maximum business value from their IT investment and facilitates their journeys to the cloud.

 

In addition to facilitating journeys to the cloud, we support businesses by providing services such as helpdesk services (human and AI powered), network access and maintenance, hosting and maintaining applications, IT operations and much more. We do all this in 24 languages from 4 locations in Poland.

Who are we looking for?

 

Before you start our induction training we will check if you have:

 

  • Very good Croatian (at least B2) language skills
  • good English (at least B1) language skills
  • pro client attitude and communication skills
  • basic experience in Windows 7 and MS Office
  • customer service experience (is an asset but is not necessary)
  • team player, problem solving attitude and efficient task management skills
What will you do?

 

After an induction training you will be able to:

 

  • handle incoming phone calls/ e-mails from customers regarding technical issues related to everyday usage of a computer
  • analyze and resolve most common enquiries using step-by-step solutions provided to you
  • deliver high quality standard service to customers
  • cooperate with IT specialist team to deal with more complex issues
