Who are we looking for?


  • Experience in Credit and Collection role min.3 years
  • Fluent Spanish or Italian (C1 level)
  • Fluent English
  • High level of customer service skills, including influencing/negotiation skills
  • SAP practical knowledge
  • Very good analytical skills and attention to details
  • Ability to work effectively under time pressure and with deadlines
  • Good time and task management
  • Decision making and judgment skills
  • Flexibility and readiness to work in dynamic environment


What will you do?


  • Daily control over your own portfolio results: query resolution time, overdue invoices, DSO and bad-debt ratio
  • Actively working the account until overdue balance is cleared
  • Maintains a proactive working attitude towards the clients and makes decisions within broadly defined parameters
  • Daily work on customer queries within agreed timeframes, actively work on customer disputes resolution
  • Discuss with client overdue status and propose actions to improve the cash flow
  • Continually considers improvement opportunities, strives to simplify and standardize processes
  • Focuses on continuously developing business relationships.
  • Role Model to junior Team members, Share knowledge on Credit and Collections Process with other team members, make sure the procedures are understood and being followed by other team members
  • Be a SPOC for the client, bulid a relation with client, report team performance and service status 
  • Administrate team and act as people manager for the team


The main purpose of the role:


To act as a member of the Credit and Collections team and to ensure the team achieves its operational objectives and delivers a high quality and cost effective service. May take leadership in certain matters to ensure the delivery of high quality, customer focused services to client, in accordance with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA’s). Meeting all deadlines in an accurate and professional format, that will be used as the key measurement targets of the Team. Continually strives to improve process, keeping operational procedures up to date and ensure daily activities are fulfilled. Performs tasks in line with the written procedures as well as those assigned by senior staff.
