What do you need to start?
- Masters degree at university or equivalent through experience
- Experience with various test approach/strategy and their application
- Significant experience in planning and executing tests (5 years plus), preferably in international environments including risk management experience
- Ability to plan, mitigate and control test risks
- Very good communication skills in English (written and spoken),
- Experience in test script writing, test management and defect management tools and test automation tools
- Experience in preparing test scenarios and test cases independently
- Understanding of testing KPI’s, their root-cause and impact
- ISTQB Foundation Certificate or similar
- Good analytical problem solving skills,
- Proven leadership skills
- Respect for deadlines

What duties will help you grow?
- Defining test approach and tests strategy appropriate to the tested product
- Defining required tools and configuration, tests data approach and environments requirements
- Keeping overview of all the test activities from planning through execution (planning tests, creating test schedules and test executing
- Leading the testing preparation activities including collection and/or creation of test data for the different test cycles and monitoring the availability of accurate test data in the various test environments
- Preparing test risk strategy and managing risks throughout the whole test lifecycle
- Leading the defect management process and proposing processes improvement
- Liaising with various groups to coordinate error fixing
- Documenting the test process according to the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) standards
- Occasional travel (depending on the project) may be required
