hun.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Det er folkene som gj\u00f8r dette kontoret spesielt for meg. Uansett hvem du er eller hva du gj\u00f8r, s\u00e5 er kollegaene dine klare til \u00e5 hjelpe deg, sier Senior Software Engineer, Neelam Shah, som nylig har gjort comeback p\u00e5 Capgeminis Stavanger-kontor.<br><br>Vi tar hele historien og g\u00e5r en kjapp tur tilbake til august 2022: Etter \u00e5 ha jobbet tre \u00e5r i Capgemini f\u00f8lte Shah at tiden kanskje var inne for \u00e5 pr\u00f8ve noe nytt.<br>\u2013 Jeg hadde hatt flere ulike roller, jobbet med spennende prosjekter og gledet meg over den levende arbeidskulturen p\u00e5 kontoret. Samtidig tok livet en ny vending da jeg fikk barn og gikk ut i mammaperm, forteller hun.<br>Mens hun var borte, fikk hun flere jobbtilbud og takket etter hvert ja til en mulighet hos et annet IT-selskap. Dessuten setter jeg stor pris p\u00e5 det st\u00f8ttende arbeidsmilj\u00f8et her. Jeg tror det er en vinn-vinn-situasjon for begge parter, og jeg gleder meg til \u00e5 bidra videre i Capgemini, sier hun.<br>Neelam Shah<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Som Senior Software Engineer er jeg Frontend-lead for ulike kunder. Det vil si at jeg jobber med produktive team og sikrer vellykket levering av programvarel\u00f8sninger, forteller Shah.<br><br>Neelam Shah er ogs\u00e5 Community Lead for Capgeminis Frontend Solutions og samarbeider tett med alle de norske kontorene.<br>\u2013 Vi sender ut nyhetsbrev og arrangerer treff, kurs og andre arrangementer. I tillegg fungerer jeg som personalleder og f\u00f8lger med p\u00e5 den faglige og profesjonelle utviklingen til teammedlemmene mine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-nbsp-den-viktige-balansen-mellom-jobb-og-fritid\">&nbsp;<strong>Den viktige balansen mellom jobb og fritid<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Hva er det som gj\u00f8r Capgemini til en bra plass \u00e5 v\u00e6re?
