Siri Gomn\u00e6s B\u00f8rsum har gode r\u00e5d til selskaper som vil tilpasse seg kunders endrede beslutnings- og kj\u00f8pekraft.<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Capgemini Research Institute <a href=\"https:\/\/www.capgemini.com\/no-no\/insights\/research-library\/what-matters-to-todays-consumer-2023\/\">gjennomf\u00f8rte en forbrukerunders\u00f8kelse i november i fjor<\/a> som viser at verdens befolkning kjenner p\u00e5 \u00f8kt \u00f8konomisk bekymring, og at dette p\u00e5virker hvordan vi oppf\u00f8rer oss som forbrukere.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 For det f\u00f8rste ser vi at folk tar \u00f8konomiske grep. Det handles betydelig mindre b\u00e5de i butikk og p\u00e5 nett. Folk s\u00f8ker etter rimeligere varer og tjenester og bruker mye tid p\u00e5 \u00e5 finne de gode tilbudene, sier Siri Gomn\u00e6s B\u00f8rsum, Head of Customer Transformation i <a href=\"https:\/\/www.frog.co\/studio\/oslo\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Frog Norge<\/a> \u2013 en del av Capgemini Invent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 De gode tilbudene handler ikke kun om pris, forbrukerne \u00f8nsker ogs\u00e5 \u00e5 gj\u00f8re gode b\u00e6rekraftige valg, legger hun til.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Samtidig er det noen trender som henger igjen fra pandemien \u2013 som frykten for forsinket levering eller at varen aldri dukker opp.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Derfor er det kanskje ikke s\u00e5 overraskende at unders\u00f8kelsen ogs\u00e5 viser at folk, d\u00e5rligere \u00f8konomi til tross, er villige til \u00e5 betale mer for rask levering, sier hun.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Forventer<\/strong> <strong>hjelp<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image alignright size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"603\" height=\"726\" src=\"https:\/\/www.capgemini.com\/no-no\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/23\/2023\/03\/Picture1.jpg?w=603\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-833401\" style=\"width:162px;height:195px\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.capgemini.com\/no-no\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/23\/2023\/03\/Picture1.jpg 603w, https:\/\/www.capgemini.com\/no-no\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/23\/2023\/03\/Picture1.jpg?resize=249,300 249w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 603px) 100vw, 603px\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\"><em>Siri Gomn\u00e6s B\u00f8rsum,&nbsp;<\/em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.frog.co\/studio\/oslo\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><em>Frog Norge<\/em><\/a><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>En annen trend som kommer tydelig frem i unders\u00f8kelsen, mener B\u00f8rsum, er det faktum at vi for alvor lever i \u00abthe time of the consumer\u00bb eller \u00abthe age of the assistant\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Mobiltelefonen har gjort livet v\u00e5rt enklere, og forventningene til leverand\u00f8rer desto st\u00f8rre. Vi er ut\u00e5lmodige og er blitt vant til \u00e5 ha kvalitetsl\u00f8sninger og tjenester bare et sveip unna.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Folk forventer ogs\u00e5 at dersom de er lojale mot ditt produkt eller tjeneste, s\u00e5 skal du hjelpe dem gjennom denne vanskelige tiden. Forbrukerne har nemlig ikke glemt hvordan n\u00e6ringslivet evnet \u00e5 kaste seg rundt under finanskrisen, mener B\u00f8rsum.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:19px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-hvordan-tilpasse-seg-den-nye-forbrukeren\"><strong>Hvordan tilpasse seg \u00abden nye forbrukeren\u00bb?<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Mange selskaper st\u00e5r n\u00e5 i en spagat: Samtidig som man strekker seg langt for \u00e5 hjelpe kundene, skal man ogs\u00e5 levere gode resultater for eierne. Siri Gomn\u00e6s B\u00f8rsum trekker fram fire grep som er viktige for \u00e5 tilpasse seg kundenes endrede beslutnings- og kj\u00f8pekraft:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Endre dialog<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Selv brenner B\u00f8rsum for god kundeservice og tror det er viktigere for \u00e5 bygge lojalitet enn noen gang. Samtidig er hun klokkeklar:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Det er et felt som krever solid innsats og en god strategi for \u00e5 lykkes. Ikke minst er det n\u00f8dvendig at hele organisasjonen bidrar og er med p\u00e5 \u00e5 dra lasset. Noe som gj\u00f8r kundeservice ekstra utfordrende <em>akkurat n\u00e5, <\/em>er at du kanskje ikke kan snakke med kunden din p\u00e5 samme m\u00e5te som du gjorde tidligere, sier hun og utdyper:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Ole som tidligere spiste p\u00e5 restaurant et par ganger i uka, er n\u00e5 Ole som sliter med \u00e5 f\u00e5 matbudsjettet til \u00e5 rekke ut m\u00e5neden. Det gj\u00f8r at du m\u00e5 ha en annen type dialog med han. Kanskje m\u00e5 selskapet rett og slett gj\u00f8re en ny segmentering av kundebasen. Da kan dere ogs\u00e5 benytte muligheten til \u00e5 komme opp med nye produkter, nye l\u00f8sninger, ny funksjonalitet, og ny dialog som er tilpasset et nytt behov. Det bygger lojalitet\u2013 en lojalitet som ikke kun er kortsiktig, men kanskje blir sterkere enn f\u00f8r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Teknologi og strategi<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Hvordan skal et selskap lykkes med \u00e5 forbedre m\u00e5ten man driver kundeservice p\u00e5 i 2023? Siri Gomn\u00e6s B\u00f8rsum mener det handler om at teknologi og strategi m\u00e5 g\u00e5 h\u00e5nd i h\u00e5nd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 I Capgemini samarbeider vi godt med Microsoft som deler v\u00e5r forst\u00e5else av at data, spesielt i det n\u00e5v\u00e6rende \u00f8konomiske klimaet, skal benyttes til \u00e5 ta kritiske forretningsbeslutninger p\u00e5 en effektiv og presis m\u00e5te.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Microsoft-teamet hjelper kundene v\u00e5re med \u00e5 implementere Dynamics 365 som er en portef\u00f8lje intelligente l\u00f8sninger som er effektive verkt\u00f8y i kampen for \u00e5 yte topp kundeservice. <em>Verkt\u00f8y<\/em> er det viktigste stikkordet her, understreker B\u00f8rsum.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Det er dessverre ikke s\u00e5nn at det bare er \u00e5 implementere en ny teknisk l\u00f8sning, og s\u00e5 blir alt bra.
