By keeping an open mind and a desire to learn new things, I gradually transitioned into more technical roles, diving into CRM systems and marketing automation. That shift eventually led me into the consulting world, where I found my passion for helping clients work smarter. In recent years, I\u2019ve focused on optimizing time and effort for customers through marketing automation tools, taking on roles like project manager, marketing lead, and technical support within a wide specter of sectors, from finance to energy &amp; utilities and retail. I enjoy combining strategy with hands-on execution, and I thrive in environments where I can grow and explore new challenges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-what-made-you-decide-to-apply-to-and-join-capgemini\"><strong>What made you decide to apply to and join Capgemini? <\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>I have a good friend and former colleague that works in Capgemini. She talked very warmly about the company and asked me if I wanted to have a conversation with her manager. Initially, I wasn\u2019t interested &#8211; I wasn\u2019t sure I wanted to return to a large, international organization. But after a couple of years, I agreed to have a conversation with her manager, and that meeting changed my perspective. I was genuinely impressed by Capgemini\u2019s commitment to creating a great workplace for its employees, the way they collaborate with their customers, and how they consistently live by their core values. It was clear to me that this was a company where I could grow, contribute meaningfully, and would feel proud to be part of.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-tell-us-about-your-role-what-does-a-day-in-your-life-at-capgemini-look-like\"><strong><strong><strong>Tell us about your role. What does a day in your life at Capgemini look like?<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>I work as a Senior Business Analyst in the Marketing team within DCX at Capgemini. I\u2019m specialized in Marketing Automation tools and help clients with everything from the discovery phase to implementation and optimization of these systems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In most projects, I take on the role of project manager, acting as the bridge between the business side and the technical team. The business has its requirements, and the tech team works to meet those within the system\u2019s limitations. My job is to make sure everyone speaks the same language by translating needs and constraints back and forth to keep things moving smoothly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As for what a day in my life looks like there\u2019s no one-size-fits-all answer. Every day is different! Most of my time is spent on client work, which gives me the chance to collaborate with both external partners and colleagues from across Capgemini. I really enjoy working with different clients &#8211; each with their own culture, products, and goals &#8211; because I learn something new all the time. Some days are a mix of client work and internal initiatives, like contributing to a better work environment or helping out with team development. It\u2019s a nice balance that keeps things interesting and rewarding.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-how-are-you-working-towards-the-future-you-want\"><strong><strong>How are you working towards the future you want?<\/strong><\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>At Capgemini, we\u2019re really encouraged to explore, learn, and grow, and I\u2019m trying to make the most of that. There\u2019s a massive library of learning resources available, giving a great foundation for development. Whether it\u2019s brushing up on something I already know or diving into a completely new topic.<br><br>That said, I\u2019m not a \u201c5-year plan\u201d kind of person. I prefer discovering the road as I go. If something catches my interest, I try it out and that mindset is what got me to where I am today. I\u2019ve found that being open to new opportunities and trusting my curiosity has led to some of the most rewarding experiences in my career. I believe that being curious and open minded is the most important I can be while creating the future I want, even though I don\u2019t necessarily know what that future look like yet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-how-do-you-notice-capgemini-s-efforts-to-create-an-inclusive-environment\"><strong><strong><strong>How do you notice Capgemini\u2019s efforts to create an inclusive environment?<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>I notice Capgemini\u2019s efforts to create an inclusive environment in how they actually live by their values, not just talk about them. Inclusion isn\u2019t just a buzzword, it\u2019s something that\u2019s consistently on the agenda and driven from the top down. Leadership sets the tone, and it inspires the rest of us to follow through. The goals around inclusion are clear and communicated across the organization, so everyone knows what we\u2019re working toward. Plus, Capgemini support it with real initiatives, like Women@Capgemini and language caf\u00e9\u2019s, to mention something.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-why-should-you-join-capgemini\"><strong><strong><strong>Why should you join Capgemini?<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>You should join Capgemini if you\u2019re looking for a company that genuinely believes in its people. But it\u2019s not just about having a job, it\u2019s about shaping your own career. In Capgemini you get the chance to grow, try out different roles, and explore what really excites you. Plus, you\u2019ll be working in a big, professional environment with lots of possibilities. The projects are very diverse, and you get to collaborate with all kinds of customers, from huge global corporations to smaller, local businesses. What I really appreciate is that Capgemini takes responsibility &#8211; not just for its clients, but also for its employees and the environment. It\u2019s a place that wants to do good, and that makes it a great place to
