Over time, I\u2019ve worked with both startups and established companies across various industries, delivering everything from public transport solutions to green initiatives. My choice of choosing consulting full-time came naturally after working as a consultant during my student years, being driven by a desire to understand client needs, explore new technologies and sectors, while creating tangible value.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-what-made-you-decide-to-apply-to-and-join-capgemini\"><strong>What made you decide to apply to and join Capgemini? <\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>I was drawn to Capgemini by its strong reputation and the opportunity to be part of a highly skilled and knowledgeable environment. The Ignite program stood out to me as a good way to accelerate both technical and personal development early in my career. I also appreciated that Capgemini is a large organization \u2014 meaning there are many opportunities across different industries and technologies, which was important to me as someone who\u2019s always curious and eager to grow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-what-makes-you-passionate-about-your-work\"><strong><strong>What makes you passionate about your work?<\/strong><\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>What drives me is the combination of problem-solving, getting into the focus-flow, and continuous learning. I like the feeling of getting deep into a task and seeing a solution come together \u2014 especially when you can see how it creates value in the real world. I\u2019m also passionate about personal growth, so I find great satisfaction in working on projects that challenge me to pick up new skills and improve both technically and as a person.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-how-does-capgemini-support-your-development\"><strong>How does Capgemini support your development? <\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>For me, Capgemini has offered support for development through the Ignite program and its many courses that introduce you to important concepts in consulting. In addition to this, there is a huge choice of courses and certifications, as well as internal communities and professional networks. There\u2019s always an opportunity to deepen your expertise or explore something new. Apart from that, there\u2019s no one single path into Capgemini. The company values people who are interested in technology, want to deliver quality, enjoy working with others, and bring a positive attitude. Skills can always be learned, but curiosity and collaboration matter the
