One of the key reasons I joined Capgemini was the opportunity to participate in the Accelerate program, which allowed me to grow towards becoming a cloud expert alongside my role as a developer and consultant. What excites me about Capgemini is its size and diversity, it offers wide opportunities for growth, variation, and new challenges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-what-aspects-of-capgemini-s-values-or-culture-attracted-you-to-apply-for-a-position-here\"><strong>What aspects of Capgemini\u2019s values or culture attracted you to apply for a position here?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>One of the main aspects that attracted me to Capgemini was its commitment to professional development through initiatives like the Accelerate program. Additionally, Capgemini\u2019s strong focus on diversity and inclusion resonated with me, as I am passionate about increasing female representation in the tech industry. The company\u2019s size and variety of projects also mean there are always new opportunities to explore and challenges to take on.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-tell-us-about-your-role-what-does-a-day-in-your-life-at-capgemini-look-like\"><strong>Tell us about your role. What does a day in your life at Capgemini look like?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Currently, I am working as a developer for a client in the public transportation sector. My daily tasks involve collaborating with my team to analyze requirements, design solutions, develop features, and conduct testing. We work in an agile environment where teamwork and collaboration are essential. We often engage in pair programming and knowledge-sharing sessions to ensure high-quality solutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-how-are-you-working-towards-the-future-you-want\"><strong>How are you working towards the future you want?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition to my technical role, I actively contribute to initiatives that promote diversity in tech, particularly in advocating for better gender balance.
