Data is becoming a strategic asset for many companies and those that manage to integrate it successfully can benefit from new and innovative business models, be more relevant to their customers as well as improve operational effectiveness. The Insight Driven Enterprise practice helps clients tackle the opportunities and challenges this new landscape offers.
The focus of your role
As a management consultant within the Insight Driven Enterprise practice, you will help client executives plan and drive their analytics, artificial intelligence and data transformation agendas. You will work as part of a quickly growing practice that focuses on helping client realize value from data science, analytics and intelligent automation.
In your projects you will focus on helping clients design strategies and transformation plans to apply analytics to optimize capabilities and business processes. You will work to analyze and quantify the benefits of using different artificial intelligence and intelligent automation methodologies such as robotic process automation, natural language processing or machine learning. And help clients verify use cases by building proof of concepts or minimum viable products.
Your work will also be centered around creating insight, helping clients identify and track key metrics with analytics and visualization tools. Your overall focus will be to support clients with their transformation into becoming more insight- and data driven.

Suitable candidates have:
- Master’s degree within a relevant field
- Background from consulting or from relevant industry roles
- A strong interest in helping clients become data driven
- Experience in working with analytics, data modeling, machine learning, data visualization or intelligent automation
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- An entrepreneurial mindset and a can-do mentality
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow rapidly in our organization
- Experience in managing projects or project streams is a plus
