The focus of your role
As a management consultant within People & Organization Practice at Capgemini Invent you will collaborate with senior executives to secure successful transformation of organizations into the digital age. We are growing rapidly, giving you the opportunity to play a central role in shaping our Practice and contributing to our growth plans.
In your projects you will focus on helping organizations understand and manage the full impact of automation and AI on its workforce. You will work to analyze and quantify the impact of automation of the workforce and develop strategies for re-skilling and upskilling people. In addition, you will focus on developing and implementing new strategies to attract, grow and retain talent through people analytics.
Your work will also be centered around enabling project teams to successfully deliver agile transformations and lead reorganizations through major changes. Your overall focus will be to work with clients to transform and realize their people agenda while preparing for a technology-driven future.

Suitable candidates have
- 3-6 years of working experience and a Master’s degree
- Background within consulting or from playing a role within organizational transformation and development at a leading firm
- Practical project experience from a major sector
- Strong interest in the transition of today’s workforce driven by automation and AI
- Experience in project management, change management or talent management
- Knowledge of agile ways of working and design thinking
- Robust analytical skills (quantitative and qualitative)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- An entrepreneurial mindset and a can-do mentality
- Eagerness to learn and grow rapidly in our organization
