Het verlengt ook de levenscyclus van een chip die miljoenen dollars heeft gekost om te ontwikkelen, zodat een grotere ROI kan worden gerealiseerd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Door het basisontwerp van een bestaande chip aan te passen, kunnen veel van de huidige eisen op het gebied van extra functionaliteit worden gerealiseerd.
