De verwachtingen van de stakeholders zijn bijgesteld en van merken wordt verwacht dat ze verantwoordelijk en duurzaam handelen en echte waarde bieden aan zowel individuen als samenlevingen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In de nieuwste editie van ons driemaandelijks tijdschrift, Conversations for Tomorrow, raadplegen we meer dan 20 thought leaders, waaronder business executives, ondernemers, academici en onze eigen experts om issues te bespreken die het nieuwe gezicht van marketing weerspiegelen. Daarnaast geven we aan hoe CMO\u2019s zich kunnen voorbereiden om deze uitdagingen aan te gaan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wat we hebben ontdekt is dat organisaties met oog voor de maatschappij aan de winnende hand zijn \u2013 consumenten voelen dankbaarheid jegens bedrijven die \u2018iets hebben teruggegeven\u2019 tijdens de aanhoudende gezondheidscrisis en geven zulke organisaties voorrang bij het overwegen van aankopen.
