class=\"article-main-content\"><div class=\"container\"><div class=\"row\"><div class=\"col-12 col-md-11 col-lg-10 offset-md-1 offset-lg-1\"><div class=\"article-text article-quote-text\">\n<p>Nu de wereld uit de schaduw van de pandemie treedt, zullen veel trends en veranderingen in consumptiepatronen die de pandemie heeft aangewakkerd, blijven bestaan. Om deze veranderingen te rapporteren en te meten, lanceert het Capgemini Research Institute een nieuwe jaarlijkse onderzoeksreeks gewijd aan de segmenten consumentengoederen en retail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In de eerste aflevering van deze reeks, <em>What matters to today\u2019s consumer<\/em>, hebben we meer dan 10.000 consumenten in 10 landen ondervraagd om erachter te komen wat shoppers nu echt zoeken in producten en retailers en wat ze denken over bredere trends.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wat we ontdekten is dat consumenten langzaam terugkeren naar fysieke winkels, maar dat online winkelen even populair is als altijd. In categorie\u00ebn als levensmiddelen of gezondheid en beauty &nbsp;zijn effici\u00ebnte leverings- en fulfillmentdiensten belangrijker dan de ervaring in de winkel. Dit geldt vooral omdat shoppers steeds vaker rechtstreeks bij merken bestellen. Tot slot zijn de topprioriteiten van consumenten gezond en duurzaam leven \u2013 en ze doen aankopen die dit weerspiegelen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Voor merken en retailers vergen deze trends een brede transformatie, van strategie tot productontwikkeling, digitaal, analyse, operations en marketing. Maar ze bieden ook lucratieve kansen. Om hierop in te spelen, moeten merken en retailers consumentendata uit de eerste hand analyseren om nieuwe producten en diensten aan te passen aan specifieke klantsegmenten. Daarbij moeten ze een omnichannel-strategie ontwikkelen waarin de rol van in-store, e-commerce, direct-to-consumer en marktplaatsen is ge\u00efntegreerd. Ten slotte moeten ze leverings- en fulfillmentdiensten als groeimotor positioneren en scherpere prijzen vaststellen voor duurzame producten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a
