Het behoeft een proactieve en toekomstgerichte aanpak om de juiste medewerkers op het juiste moment op de juiste plaats in je organisatie te hebben. En dat is nu precies waar strategische personeelsplanning om de hoek komt kijken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In onze vorige <a href=\"https:\/\/www.capgemini.com\/nl-nl\/expertise\/expert-perspectives\/strategische-personeelsplanning-een-hr-feestje-absoluut-niet\/\">blog<\/a> \u2018Strategische personeelsplanning een HR-feestje? Absoluut niet!\u2019 stonden we stil bij belangrijke elementen die als basis dienen voor een succesvol strategisch personeelsplan (SPP). Nu deze elementen bekend zijn, is het tijd om het SPP daadwerkelijk tot uitvoering te brengen. Maar hoe doe je dat? En hoe zorg je dat het op de agenda blijft? In deze blog bespreken we 3 succesfactoren om de implementatie van jouw SPP te laten slagen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-1-integratie-met-de-strategisch-talent-management-processen\">1. Integratie met de Strategisch Talent Management processen<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Na het opstellen van het SPP heb je een helder beeld over de toekomstige personeelsbehoeften van jouw organisatie. Nu is het van belang om deze inzichten om te zetten in acties door de koppeling te maken met Strategisch Talent Management (STM). STM richt zich op het strategisch aantrekken, ontwikkelen en behouden van personeel in lijn met de lange termijn-doelstellingen van de organisatie. Binnen de aantrek-, ontwikkel- en behoud strategie kan je invloed uitoefenen op een diverse set aan variabelen. Denk hierbij bijvoorbeeld aan het onder de loep nemen van het performance managementsysteem, ontwikkelplannen of het gebruik van automatisering\/AI.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-2-borging-in-de-governance-en-processen\">2. Borging in de governance en processen<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Om het plan succesvol te implementeren is het essentieel om de uitvoering van het SPP te integreren in de governance en processen van de organisatie. Betrek de juiste stakeholders bij de uitvoering van het SPP en beleg de activiteiten bij de juiste werknemers en (lijn)afdelingen met mandaat vanuit het management. Daarnaast is een gedegen plan van aanpak nodig en dient het SPP periodiek terug te komen in managementmeetings om continue aandacht en sturing te houden op de uitvoering van het plan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-3-meten-is-weten\">3. Meten is weten<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Om het lange termijneffect van het SPP te borgen is het gebruik van HR analytics essentieel. In de basis brengt het de juiste kwantitatieve en kwalitatieve inzichten in het huidige en toekomstige personeelsbestand (o.a. aantallen, vaardigheden, kosten). Wanneer je de vertaling naar STM en het plan van aanpak hebt gemaakt, kun je diverse HR analytics meetwaarden vaststellen om de impact op je werknemers en de organisatie te monitoren en te sturen (o.a. veranderingen in het personeelsbestand, de retentiegraad, betrokkenheid).
