The assessment made by Schneider Electric of the 2010 results revealed that Capgemini demonstrated a high level of performance in terms of quality (service-level agreement), productivity and competitiveness, technical and process innovations, sustainable development and cooperation, meeting all the requirements set forward by Schneider Electric. Currently only 270 of Schneider Group’s 50,000 suppliers have been honored with the “preferred supplier” title.
Since 2005, Capgemini delivers to Schneider a comprehensive perimeter of outsourcing services that includes Infrastructure services (Data Center services, desktop services and transformation services) and application lifecycle services.
“This is proud moment, and a great honor, for all the Capgemini employees working on this contract in Europe and in India,” said François Bonifacio, Outsourcing Services France Director. “This award is the recognition of the work that our outsourcing teams have been delivering daily to Schneider Electric, and a positive sign for future collaboration with a client who is experiencing strong external growth.”
