Diane Holman appointed, Head of Group Talent Management at Capgemini

Paris – Capgemini, one of the world’s foremost providers of consulting, technology and outsourcing services, announces the appointment of Diane Holman as Senior Vice President, Head of Group Talent Management. Diane will report to Hubert Giraud, member of the Group Management Board, Head of People Management and Transformation.

Biography of Diane Holman:
Diane has extensive global experience in talent management, leadership development and succession planning.  Between 2011 and 2014, Diane worked at Wolters Kluwer as the Chief Talent Development Officer. From 2006 up until 2011, Diane was a VP, responsible for Global Talent Development and Learning with Raytheon where she led talent management globally. Prior to Raytheon, Diane worked at Reebok and General Electric, where she drove large-scale transformational change, cultural integration efforts, leading the global executive education programs at GE Crotonville between 1999 and 2005.

Diane holds a BA from the University of Massachusetts/Amherst and an MBA from Western New England College. She is a member of the i4cp Talent Officer Board, the Conference Board and the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School of Business CLO Advisory Board.
