Capgemini Ranked Global No.1 for TOGAF 9 Certified Architects

Paris, October 29, 2012 — Capgemini Group, one of the world’s foremost providers of consulting, technology and outsourcing services, today announced it has been recognized as the company with the highest number of TOGAF® 9 certified architects worldwide, above other major technology players. TOGAF 9, an Open Group Standard, is the IT industry's de facto standard for enterprise architecture.

The ranking highlights Capgemini’s accomplishments within The Open Group, one of the world’s leading standardization consortia, particularly in co-developing TOGAF 9, including the contribution of its assets and intellectual property. There are now over 16,800 TOGAF 9 architects worldwide with the major markets, the UK (16%), USA (13%) and Netherlands (10%).
