Capgemini Research Institute ranked No. 1

Capgemini cements its position as a trusted industry thought leader with top rankings for appeal, resilience and prompting action within its reports

For a second consecutive time, Capgemini Research Institute has been ranked No. 1 by independent research firm Source Global Research[1], for excellence in its thought leadership content, beating 22 other leading consultancies and technology firms. Capgemini’s research received overall improved scoring for its appealing content, making innovative analytics visible and easily accessible for the reader, and valuable recommendations with a clear call to action. Capgemini improved its overall score for the third review in succession.

Source Global Research White Space analyzes and ranks consulting and technology firms’ research based on its one-of-a-kind assessment methodology. In its latest report, “Quality ratings of thought leadership for the second half of 2018”, Source ranked Capgemini first out of 23 leading consultancies and technology firms. This recognition is a testament to Capgemini Research Institute’s expertise in conducting credible and reliable research and leveraging a global ecosystem of experts internally and externally. The report highlighted that, “the consistency that Capgemini is driving through its recently centralized process is enviable and proving to be a significant factor in its rankings success.”

A handful of Capgemini Research Institute reports were singled out for the increased scores. Growth in the Machine: How financial services can move intelligent automation from a cost play to a growth strategy was cited as the example for visual appeal and immediacy, while Upskilling your people for the age of the machine, scored well across the board in prompting action.
