Al salir, su tel\u00e9fono vibra con un mensaje de agradecimiento, y en su bandeja de entrada le espera un recibo y un c\u00f3digo de descuento del 20% para futuras compras.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta interacci\u00f3n no termina aqu\u00ed: la pr\u00f3xima visita de Sally al sitio web de la marca o la proximidad a una tienda f\u00edsica activar\u00e1n un recordatorio sobre su descuento junto con nuevas recomendaciones de productos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta transferencia intuitiva de datos puede realizarse de forma aut\u00f3noma mediante agentes de IA, todos especializados en tareas diferentes y muy espec\u00edficas. Su capacidad de agencia les permite ofrecer sugerencias personalizadas y oportunas o tomar medidas por s\u00ed mismos en nombre de los clientes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La hipercontextualizaci\u00f3n implica no solo reconocer la ubicaci\u00f3n de un cliente, la hora del d\u00eda, el dispositivo preferido, el estado de \u00e1nimo y otros factores ambientales, sino tambi\u00e9n conectar sin problemas esta informaci\u00f3n de un canal a otro en tiempo real.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cuanto m\u00e1s r\u00e1pido puedan hacer esto las marcas, mejor preparadas estar\u00e1n para el siguiente paso: vincular las
