Aunque antes se limitaba a los chatbots a los que se acced\u00eda a trav\u00e9s de aplicaciones de mensajer\u00eda para comprar, la definici\u00f3n de comercio conversacional se ha ampliado significativamente con la llegada de los asistentes personales basados en la voz, lo que ofrece a las marcas la oportunidad de construir una mayor intimidad con sus clientes.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para esta investigaci\u00f3n, hemos encuestado a m\u00e1s de 5.000 consumidores en Estados Unidos, Reino Unido, Francia y Alemania. La investigaci\u00f3n cuantitativa se complement\u00f3 con grupos de discusi\u00f3n con consumidores de cada pa\u00eds, realizados de forma virtual. La encuesta -as\u00ed como los debates de los grupos focales- presentaban una saludable mezcla de datos demogr\u00e1ficos y de personas usuarias y no usuarias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los resultados de nuestra investigaci\u00f3n muestran que los asistentes de voz est\u00e1n a punto de transformar el comercio. En esta investigaci\u00f3n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nuestra investigaci\u00f3n mostr\u00f3 que los asistentes de voz est\u00e1n al borde de transformar el comercio. En esta investigaci\u00f3n:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. Esbozamos por qu\u00e9 los asistentes de voz est\u00e1n a punto de revolucionar el comercio, bas\u00e1ndonos en las funciones, la frecuencia de uso y el contexto en el que a los consumidores les gusta utilizar los asistentes de voz<br>2. Analizar por qu\u00e9 los consumidores adoran los asistentes de voz, en funci\u00f3n de sus necesidades y preferencias<br>3. Determinar los beneficios concretos del comercio conversacional impulsado por la voz para los minoristas y las organizaciones de productos y servicios de consumo<br>4. Recomendar un plan de acci\u00f3n para que las organizaciones dise\u00f1en una s\u00f3lida estrategia de comercio conversacional por voz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a
