servicio al cliente<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La crisis por COVID-19 ha aumentado en los clientes de todos sectores la demanda de interacciones sin contacto, pero especialmente en los servicios financieros. Despu\u00e9s de todo, \u00bfqui\u00e9n desear\u00eda arriesgar su salud para firmar un recibo del banco? Las entidades de servicios financieros y sus clientes pueden ganar mucho a trav\u00e9s de interacciones habilitadas por IA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En el reciente informe del Instituto de Investigaci\u00f3n de Capgemini <em>Smart Money: C\u00f3mo impulsar la inteligencia artificial a escala para transformar la experiencia del cliente de servicios financieros<\/em>, hablamos con m\u00e1s de 5,000 clientes y m\u00e1s de 300 ejecutivos del sector banca y seguros. Descubrimos que las empresas de servicios financieros est\u00e1n recurriendo cada vez m\u00e1s a la inteligencia artificial para realizar las interacciones con clientes y est\u00e1n obteniendo importantes beneficios al hacerlo. De hecho, 51% de los clientes tienen interacciones diarias habilitadas por IA con entidades bancarias y de seguros, mientras que las empresas de servicios financieros han reducido sus costos operativos en un 13% y han aumentado los ingresos por cliente en un 10% despu\u00e9s de implementar la inteligencia artificial en operaciones de cara al cliente. El problema comienza cuando se trata de escalar estas iniciativas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para no quedarse atr\u00e1s, las entidades de servicios financieros deben:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Invertir en IA impulsada por el valor, para transformar la experiencia del cliente<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Crear enfoques de gobernanza de IA \u00e9ticos y basados \u200b\u200ben la confianza, para impulsar la adopci\u00f3n generalizada de los clientes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ofrecer una experiencia de IA que tenga en cuenta los \u201cmomentos emblem\u00e1ticos\u201d que requieren empat\u00eda y emoci\u00f3n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Establecer la base tecnol\u00f3gica necesaria habilitada por IA, para lograr la participaci\u00f3n del cliente<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Implementar roles de liderazgo senior para que la IA acelere la adopci\u00f3n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Educar a los clientes sobre lo que la IA puede hacer por ellos y hacer que los sistemas de IA sean explicables y
