Entre los principales hallazgos destacan que las oportunidades de crecimiento profesional (77.5%) contin\u00faan siendo el factor determinante para elegir un empleo, por encima del sueldo bruto\u2013neto (62.3%) y de un ambiente laboral positivo (38.3%).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En relaci\u00f3n con el liderazgo, la mayor\u00eda de las personas afirm\u00f3 sentirse m\u00e1s motivada por l\u00edderes con alto conocimiento t\u00e9cnico (33.5%), que por aquellos emp\u00e1ticos y cercanos (30.5%), as\u00ed como por quienes delegan y brindan autonom\u00eda (20.3%).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Karla Navarro<\/strong>, directora de Adquisici\u00f3n de Talento en Capgemini, afirma: <em>\u201cel mercado laboral en M\u00e9xico atraviesa una transformaci\u00f3n acelerada impulsada por la digitalizaci\u00f3n y nuevas formas de trabajo. Ante este contexto, quisimos analizar qu\u00e9 buscan hoy las personas al momento de emplearse, qu\u00e9 factores influyen en su intenci\u00f3n de cambio y cu\u00e1les son los atributos que m\u00e1s pesan al momento de decidir d\u00f3nde trabajar\u201d<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El an\u00e1lisis, basado en encuestas a estudiantes, reci\u00e9n egresados y profesionales con experiencia en \u00e1reas de negocios, ingenier\u00eda y nuevas tecnolog\u00edas, revela tendencias sobre las expectativas laborales que est\u00e1n redefiniendo la relaci\u00f3n entre empleadores y fuerza laboral.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La preferencia sobre el tipo de empresa confirm\u00f3 el inter\u00e9s por organizaciones globales: 70.0% prefiere trabajar en compa\u00f1\u00edas multinacionales o con presencia internacional, mientras que 14.8% optar\u00eda por empresas locales, y apenas 3.5% por startups.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En cuanto a expectativas de crecimiento profesional, los estudiantes considerar\u00edan cambiar de trabajo, si no se sienten motivados, despu\u00e9s de 6 meses, mientras que los profesionales, con poca o amplia experiencia, esperar\u00edan 1 a\u00f1o antes de buscar una nueva oportunidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201cEl talento en M\u00e9xico busca desarrollarse r\u00e1pidamente y pertenecer a organizaciones que lo acompa\u00f1en de manera cercana. Este estudio confirma que la combinaci\u00f3n entre retos, liderazgo y reconocimiento sigue siendo clave para motivar a las personas\u201d<\/em>, agrega Navarro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El estudio tambi\u00e9n muestra que el inter\u00e9s por pol\u00edticas de diversidad, equidad e inclusi\u00f3n (DEI) aumenta significativamente conforme avanza la experiencia laboral: 20% de los estudiantes prioriza este aspecto, cifra que crece a 24% entre profesionales con poca experiencia y alcanza 55.1% entre profesionales experimentados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201cEscuchar a las nuevas generaciones es fundamental para construir entornos de trabajo donde realmente puedan crecer\u201d<\/em>, declara <strong>Marcela P\u00e9rez<\/strong>, directora de Atracci\u00f3n de Talento para el GDC de Capgemini en M\u00e9xico. <em>\u201cEn Capgemini estamos convencidos de que impulsar trayectorias globales, con liderazgo t\u00e9cnico y una cultura humana, nos permite conectar con lo que hoy busca el talento en nuestro pa\u00eds\u201d<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Finalmente, las principales razones por las que la gente busca cambiarse de empleo contin\u00faan relacionadas con factores de crecimiento y bienestar: mayor salario (78.8%), crecimiento profesional (63%) y mal ambiente laboral (57.3%).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De esta forma, el an\u00e1lisis refuerza que el talento mexicano exige crecimiento constante, acompa\u00f1amiento de liderazgo s\u00f3lido, espacios que impulsen el aprendizaje continuo y conexiones globales.
